Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. Please note that certain products are non-returnable or have specific conditions due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. Consumable pet products such as food, supplements, and treats cannot be returned once opened.

Non-returnable Items Include:

  • Perishable goods: Pet food, treats, and consumables
  • Hygiene-related items: Litter boxes, pet grooming products (if opened), pet beds, and other personal care items
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards and downloadable software products
  • Hazardous materials: Items that contain flammable liquids or gases

Required Documents

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer unless instructed by us.

Partial Refunds

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted, such as:

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error
  • Any item returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items or items sold at a discount cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product. For exchanges, send us an email at info@angrytails.com and mail the item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail it to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. For most returns, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the exchanged product to reach you.

For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of returned items.
